Refund policy
At SolarMask, we want you to be happy with your purchase. That’s why we keep our returns policy simple, fair and in line with the law.
1. 14-day statutory right of withdrawal (for unopened products)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
After cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the product.
Please note: hygiene product
The SolarMask is a hygiene product.
Therefore, the following applies:
👉 The statutory right of withdrawal lapses entirely once the seal has been broken.
As long as the packaging remains sealed, you can return the mask without giving a reason within the 14-day period.
In the event of a valid cancellation, you will receive a full refund of the order amount, including the original delivery costs.
2. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Try & Glow Guarantee)
(In addition to your legal right)
We offer an extra service: you can try the SolarMask for 30 days.
Not happy with it? Then you can return it, even if you’ve tried it out.
Conditions (flexible and fair):
You can make use of this guarantee if:
✔ The mask has been used normally
✔ The mask is clean (no make-up, cream, SPF or oil)
✔ The mask works properly and is not damaged
✔ All accessories are present
✔ Nothing unusual has been done to it (dropped, bent, opened, got wet, etc.)
When does it not apply?
The 30-day guarantee does not apply if:
❌ The mask has physical damage
❌ The mask contains liquids or has been wet
❌ Parts are missing
❌ The mask has been used in an unsafe or incorrect manner
Restocking fee
A small processing fee of 10% will be deducted under this 30-day guarantee.
👉 The restocking fee does not apply to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for unopened products.
3. Registering a return
You can register your return via:

Please state:
- Name
- Order number
- Photos of the product (for the 30-day guarantee)
We will then send you the return instructions.
4. Return shipping costs
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Within the Netherlands, this is usually around €7.25.
5. Refund
We will refund you within 14 days of your return notification,
but we may wait to refund you until we have received the product back.
You will receive your refund via the same payment method you used to pay.
When using the 30-day guarantee, the 10% restocking fee will be deducted automatically.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are not possible, as we sell a single product.
Would you still like a replacement? In that case, you can make use of our returns policy and place a new order.
7. Receiving a damaged product
Has your product been delivered damaged?
